What kind of strollers do l.j.bamboo diaper bags work on?
l.j.bamboo diaper bags easily attach to almost any stroller, whether it has two separate handlebars or one long horizontal handlebar (such as on jogging strollers and most double strollers).
How do I clean my l.j.bamboo bag?
Our canvas and cotton twill models can be machine washed. The first thing to do is to spot clean the bag. If the canvas bag still needs additional cleaning, then it can be machine washed. Take off the shoulder strap and spray any big stains with spot remover, then wash using the regular cycle on warm/cold and hang to dry. We also recommend washing on the gently cycle, and including a few towels so that the bag isn’t by itself in the washing machine. This will balance the weight and keep the bag from banging against the side of the machine. Brocade and faux suede bags should be hand-washed and hang-dried. Always remove the bamboo handles before washing.

Can I get a replacement strap or pad?
If you've lost your shoulder strap or would like to get a replacement pad, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have one in stock, there is a $5 fee (not including shipping).
Does it hold all of my stuff?
All of our bags have a wide variety of compartments and zippered pockets specially designed to carry all of the things a parent and baby needs, and they have more depth than the leading diaper bags that hook onto a stroller.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or overseas?
We ship to the U.S. only. There is an additional fee to ship to Hawaii, Alaska and territories.
Do you offer express shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping. We use UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail for our orders and the shipping time is approx. 5-10 business days after you've placed your order. If you absolutely need your bag asap, please email us at email@example.com with the request and we will try to accommodate (additional fee would apply).
We charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in IL.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping in the continental US, and we offer free shipping for orders of $75 or more. Price is based on the final price after any coupon is applied. We do not ship orders internationally at this time.

All items purchased from www.ljbamboo.com can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund of the price of the item (less shipping charge) and must include the original receipt. All bags/items must be in unused, perfect condition, with all tags and/or wraps attached (ie in original packaging).
Items purchased with a coupon will not receive credit for the coupon/discount if returning the item.
If you are exchanging an item, please note that shipping charges to l.j.bamboo as well as return shipping is paid by the customer. Shipping on returned items is not refundable, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by l.j.bamboo (e.g. wrong item/color).
l.j.bamboo will only return/exchange items purchased through ljbamboo.com within 14 days of purchase, and a copy of your receipt is required. Items purchased through a different retailer or an affiliate event must be returned/exchanged through that specific retailer, observing their particular return/exchange policy.
*Please Note: Returns/exchanges are not accepted for bags with damages caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials (i.e., zipper wear, Velcro wear, etc.). Often, you can get a zipper/tear fixed by asking your favorite tailor. It will save time and money and keeps money in your local economy.
